Focused Awareness Meditation is a simple, five‑step practice that blends modern science with time‑honored techniques to help you build focus, resilience, and mindfulness. Through a method refined over thousands of years, this class guides you back to your core energy to feel more like yourself, experience deep peace, and reconnect with a sense of fulfillment. In this workshop, students will explore diaphragmatic breathing to stimulate the vagus nerve and balance the nervous system, easing stress, quieting the “monkey mind,” and supporting a calm, present‑moment awareness. This accessible practice offers practical tools you can carry into everyday life.  No Experience Needed.
