During a Reiki session, the Reiki practitioner will focus on restoring energy centers to their balanced states.
During a session, you will either lie down or sit in a chair. You will remained fully clothed during the session. The Practioner will lightly place their hands on or just above various parts of your body. Most experience a calm and feel more relaxed.
